PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Every effort has been made to ensure the colors of each product are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as computer models, hand-held devices and screens may vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of color is completely accurate.
We hope that you are delighted with every order you receive from MaskFaze.com, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with your items, you have 14 days to send back returnable items [except masks or face coverings] for a refund. A return label will be included in the shipped package of items that can be returned.
In the event a return label was not included, you must notify us at shipping@maskfaze.com no later than 7 days from the date of receipt to have the shipping label emailed to you if you wish to return any items from your order within 14 days from the day of receipt without paying the shipping cost.
Returns received after this time will not be accepted. Exceptions may apply at the discretion of MaskFaze.com.
All items should be returned new, unused and, where applicable with all MASKFAZE tags still attached. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please note that face masks and face coverings are non-returnable and non-refundable for reasons of health and safety. We strongly suggest that you carefully select the masks or face-coverings that fit your style and fashion tastes before purchase.
All successfully returned items will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs, restocking fees, international taxes or import duties incurred. For payments made by PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. It is advised that all items returned are sent using our free returns service via UPS. If you choose to return an item to us via any other provider or a different UPS account, the costs incurred will not be reimbursed.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Due to the high demand of masks, we’re making every effort to ship your products within 3-5 business days of receipt of your payment.
It depends. Some masks sold by MaskFaze are considered disposable. This means that once worn, you can dispose of the mask in the proper receptacle just like you’d dispose of a tissue after use. We recommend washing all reusable face masks before and after use. It’s also a good idea to store your dirty masks in a plastic container until you’re able to wash them again. Buying multiple face masks and neck gaiters from MaskFaze.com allows you to wear your favorite designs in between washes!
According to the CDC, masks should not be worn by:
- Children younger than 2 years old
- Anyone who has trouble breathing
- Anyone who is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance
