Assignment
MaskFaze can assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

The Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service, and Do Not Sale My Personal Information constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and MaskFaze regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Arbitration

of Arbitration of the American Arbitration Association applying Texas law.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
